What to expect after your ads get delivered.
Some respondents may contact advertisers directly by fax, phone or online
hyperlink (when selected by advertiser) others will use the "Reply" button on
their email software to answer. Reply mail never goes directly to the
advertiser. Instead, it arrives at CandidateSeeker.com’s mail server addressed
to each advertiser’s individualized CandidateSeeker.com email identity. Each
CandidateSeeker.com customer is assigned an email address consisting of a
customer number and a CandidateSeeker.com owned domain. For example,
"426789@candseek2.com". Special filtering computers read each response and sort
based on predefined phrases that may be found in the subject or body portion of
the mail. The mail is sorted into the following categories: Removes, Thanks But
No Thanks, Keep In Touch, Tell Me More, and Here’s My Resume Or How Do I Apply.
Each category is processed differently.
Removes
Email addresses belonging to individuals requesting deletion from future
mailings and indicating no interest in the present ad are placed onto a
permanent list that is used to prevent future mailings. The CandidateSeeker.com
advertiser will not receive a copy of such a response.
Thanks But No Thanks
Most of the responses received by CandidateSeeker.com are the "Thanks But No
Thanks" and the "Keep In Touch" variety. There is no reason to burden the
customer’s mailbox with these items so they are deleted.
Keep In Touch
While most of the responses received by CandidateSeeker.com are the "Thanks
But No Thanks" and the "Keep In Touch" variety, some of the "Keep In Touch" mail
falls into a special sub category called "I’m Not Qualified For That One But
Here’s My Resume I Think Your Company Can Use Me". All email with resumes or
applications attached are forwarded to the customer at their private email
account.
Tell Me More
Such requests are forwarded to the customer’s private email account. If not,
CandidateSeeker.com can help set one up.
Here’s My Resume Or How Do I Apply
Such requests are priority forwarded to the customer’s private email account.
CandidateSeeker.com's customers contact respondents by clicking the "Reply"
button on their email program. From that point forward, all communication
between applicant and customer stays between them. It does not involve
CandidateSeeker.com mail servers or staff. Any resumes or attachments can be
printed or loaded electronically by the customer into their private database if
desired.
